Rajesh Srinivasan

Rajesh Srinivasan has a solid work experience history, starting their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Hindalco Industries Limited from 1988 to 1997. Rajesh then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Dabhol Power plant, which was operated by Enron, from 1997 to 2002. Rajesh then joined Sembcorp Industries Ltd as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, responsible for maintenance at the Fujairah power and water plant in UAE, from 2003 to 2007. From 2007 to 2015, they served as a Maintenance Manager at the Sohar Power and Desalination plant, owned by GDF Suez Energy International, where they were responsible for maintaining the power and water generating units. Rajesh then joined ENGIE Middle-East, South & Central Asia and Turkey in 2015 as a Maintenance Manager at the Rusayl power plant, where they maintained GE Frame 9E Gas turbines. Rajesh also worked as a Technical Manager at the Sohar Power and Desalination Plant, providing technical guidance and assistance. In 2018, they moved to ENGIE STOMO (SUEZ TRACTEBEL OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OMAN) L.L.C as a Maintenance Manager at the ABPC 750 MW plant. Most recently, Rajesh joined NOMAC in 2023 as a Director of Operations, overseeing three power plants in Sohar and Ibri with a combined capacity of 3712 MW.

Rajesh Srinivasan earned an MBA in Project Management from Alagappa Institute of Management, Alagappa University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Mechanical from Birla Institute Of Technology and Science, Pilani Dubai. Rajesh also holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya Polytechnic College. Rajesh obtained their High School Diploma from TA Ramalingam Chettiar Higher secondary school. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt, ISO 140001 & 180001 Internal Auditor, NEBOSH, and Pressure Vessel Inspector Level 1.
