Ivana Barać

Ivana Barać has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ivana started their career as an Audit Trainee at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001. Ivana then worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager, Partner, and Broker at CAIB Invest/TO ONE from 2002 to 2008. In 2008, they joined VB Invest d.o.o./InterCapital Asset Management d.o.o. as the President of the Management Board/UCTIS fund division manager until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Atlantic Grupa as an Investor Relations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development and Planning at Nomad Foods since 2019.

Ivana Barać earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finances from the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu, which they attended from 1998 to 2002. Ivana later obtained their CFA designation from the CFA Institute, completing the program from 2005 to 2021. Additionally, Ivana has obtained several certifications including Court Expert Witness for valuation of companies and securities transactions from The County Court of Zagreb in 2014, CFA certification from the CFA Institute in 2007, and certifications as an Investment advisor and Broker from HANFA in 2006 and 2004 respectively.
