Laura Núñez Chaves

Laura Núñez Chaves currently serves as the Southern Europe Cluster HR Manager at Nomad Foods since March 2024. Prior to this, Laura held the position of Human Resources Manager at Findus España from May 2019 to March 2024, contributing as a member of the Country's Executive Committee and leading the HR function in alignment with the company's strategy. Laura's experience at UPS from January 2007 to April 2019 encompassed various HR roles, including Mobility, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Recruiter at Grupo Datco and a Human Resources Consultant at Chaves Paz Consultores. Laura's educational background features a Master's in Human Resources Management from Centro de Estudios Financieros, along with executive training in HR and Labor Relations. Laura holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
