Lauren W.

Lauren W. has extensive work experience in treasury and finance roles. Most recently, they were the Treasury Business Transformation Lead at Nomad Foods, where they led the design and delivery of a multi-year transformation of treasury processes and systems. Prior to that, they took a sabbatical at Breathworks/Oxford to gain a qualification as a mindfulness teacher.

Earlier in their career, Lauren held various positions at bp. Lauren served as the Treasury Global Cash and Banking Transformation Lead, where they led a global transformation of BP's cash and banking operations. Lauren also held the role of Global Head of Treasury Operations, leading a team responsible for daily cash and liquidity operations across 80 countries. Additionally, they worked as a Global Treasury Services Project Manager, implementing operational plans and driving digitization.

Before their time at bp, Lauren worked at BP/INEOS, where they were the Global Treasury Systems Manager and Cash & Banking Lead. In this role, they were accountable for the successful separation of the Olefins and Derivatives segment from BP Chemicals into a standalone entity in preparation for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Lauren W. holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
