James Basanta

James Basanta has a diverse work experience in the customer service and sales field. James started their career at VXI Global Holdings as a Senior Customer Service Specialist - Tier 3 in July 2013, before moving on to Offsourcing, Inc where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2014 to April 2015. After that, they joined dubizzle and took on various roles including Customer Support Specialist from March 2016 to March 2017, Sales Operations Analyst from April 2017 to March 2018, and Senior Sales Operations Analyst from April 2018 to March 2023. Currently, they are working as an Inside Sales Representative at Nomad Homes since March 2023.

James Basanta received their Bachelor's Degree from Holy Cross of Davao College, Inc. in 2013, majoring in English Language and Literature.
