Edson Micali Júnior

Edson Micali Júnior has a strong background in legal and managerial roles. Edson most recently served as the Head of Legal/Senior Legal Manager at Nomad since June 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at CVC CORP, including the role of Gerente Jurídico - Societário | M&A | Operações Internacionais from May 2021 to May 2022 and Gerente Jurídico - Consultivo e Contratos from May 2019 to May 2021. From August 2010 to May 2019, Edson was a Gerente Juridico at B3. Edson began their legal career at Cargill Agrícola S/A, where they worked as an Advogado Pleno from January 2007 to August 2010 and as an Estagiário from September 2003 to December 2006.

Edson Micali Júnior pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2002 when they enrolled at the University of São Paulo (USP). Edson completed their Bachelor's degree in Law in 2006. In 2008, they attended the Escola Superior de Advocacia – OAB/SP, where they focused on studying Corporate Law and the Structure of the Capital Market.

In 2010, Edson Micali Júnior continued their educational journey at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, with a specialization in the Financial Market and Bank Contracts. In 2012, they further expanded their knowledge in Business Contracts at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.

Currently, in 2021, Edson Micali Júnior is pursuing an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation and Management at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, demonstrating their commitment to continuously enhance their business acumen and adapt to the evolving landscape of the corporate world.
