Francisco Motta Kohlmann

Francisco Motta Kohlmann has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Consultant at PS Júnior. From 2017 to 2018, Francisco held the role of Diretor de Whatever at Perestroika. In 2018, they joined Elysios Smart Farming and served as a COO until 2019, and then as a Product Designer from 2019 to 2021. During their time at Elysios Smart Farming, Francisco was responsible for end-to-end product design, including requirements gathering, research, solution ideation, and prototyping. In 2022, they moved to Bexs and worked as a Product Designer on the compliance product team before transitioning to the Bexs Pay team. At Bexs, Francisco optimized design processes and collaborated with various stakeholders. Currently, they hold the position of Product Designer at Nomad, starting in 2023.
