Sarah Bueno

Sarah Bueno has a diverse work experience in the field of project analysis and development, focusing on customer experience and nutrition. Sarah began their career at Unilever as an intern in research and development, where they assisted with the development of food, soap, and detergent products. Sarah conducted physical and chemical analyses, performed sensory evaluations, and contributed to microbiological testing. In addition, Sarah demonstrated proactiveness in reorganizing and digitizing safety data sheets, optimizing space and promoting sustainability.

Later, Sarah joined the ITAL - Institute of Food Technology as a laboratory technician. Sarah specialized in conducting specific migrations and additive quantifications using HPLC. Sarah also contributed significantly to the creation of a new document for the use of HPLC software and equipment, improving efficiency and reducing delays in laboratory activities.

Sarah then moved on to DUX Nutrition Lab, where they worked as a research and development intern. Sarah'sresponsibilities included developing dietary supplements, managing projects, creating briefings, conducting sensory analyses, and developing packaging. Sarah was also involved in the homologation of new raw material suppliers and had experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.

Currently, Sarah holds the position of Junior CX Project Analyst at Nomad, where they are responsible for project analysis and management focused on customer experience.

Sarah Bueno has an extensive education history. Sarah started their education in 2010 at Colégio Técnico de Campinas - Unicamp, where they pursued a degree in Técnico de Alimentos and completed it in 2012. During the same period, they also completed their Ensino Médio at the same institution.

Continuing their academic journey, Sarah then enrolled at Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 2016 and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia de Alimentos. Sarah completed this degree in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah Bueno obtained a certification in "Como Estabelecer Padrões de Qualidade no Atendimento ao Cliente" from LinkedIn in September 2022.
