At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Robotics QA Lead, who will be responsible for finding the improvements to testing pipelines for our robots in Warsaw in order to ensure super-smooth production performance.

Some of the tasks you will take care of:

  • Drive improvements in QA processes, maintenance, operations according to new learnings and errors
  • Lead a small team of QA specialists, support the day-to-day tasks and introduce changes to make their work easier while keeping a high level of QA results
  • Coordinate deployment process for the new code releases in production, maintain and improve it
  • Test new features and fixes to Nomagic software on the robotIdentify problems and report changes in robot’s behavior and KPIs
  • Visit our customers across Europe and operate our robots on-site (up to 10% of your time)
  • Support data collection and analysis
  • Design new scenarios to exhaustively test our robots before deploying code to production.

What skills we’d like you to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in being a part of various QA processes
  • Experience in leading a small QA team
  • Working in any kind of robot-related or hardware oriented industry is a strong plus
  • Capacity to interact with different technical systems and engineering teams
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written & great overall communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic statistics (mean, standard deviation)
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
  • STEM background is a strong plus
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in fast changing startup environment & contributing to team efforts
