Judy Mwangi Waweru has over 10 years of work experience in the technology industry. Judy Mwangi started their career in 2011 at Safaricom PLC, where they held multiple roles including Mpesa Product Owner - Credit (M-Pesa Africa), Product Owner - MySafaricom App, Product Manager - Home Solutions, Product Marketing Manager, and Internet and Content Products Assistant. In their role as Product Owner - MySafaricom App, they were responsible for defining the Squad Vision, prioritizing the Product Backlog, overseeing development, carrying out competitor analysis, participating in daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, and agreeing with the business and stakeholders on the roadmap and deliverables for each quarter. Judy Mwangi also grew acquisition and usage of the App by ensuring the app is relevant, engaging and accessible. In 2021, Judy joined Nomanini as the Head of Product.
