Katri Kosonen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katri started their career at Solteq as a Trainee Software Designer, where they gained experience in software development and user interface design. Katri later worked at the University of Tampere as a Researcher and Lecturer, focusing on haptic and tactile feedback methods and conducting independent research on rhythm perception.

Katri then joined OpusCapita, where they held various roles including User Interface Specialist, Lead User Experience Designer, Product Manager, and Head of Professional Services, Cash Management. In these roles, they played a key role in designing user interfaces, leading design teams, and managing cash management services.

Currently, Katri is employed at Nomentia, where they initially served as a Customer Experience Manager. Katri contributed to the development of the company's cash management solutions and believed in creating a world where businesses can make informed decisions. Now, as the Head of Customer Experience and Customer Success, they are responsible for enhancing customer experience and leading the team of Customer Success Managers in providing the best possible solutions to customers.

Katri Kosonen completed their Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Tampere from 1999 to 2005. Katri also pursued basic studies in Design Management at the University of Lapland from 2014 to 2015. In addition, they had the opportunity to be an exchange student at the University of Glasgow in the spring of 2002 and at the University of Metz in the spring of 2003, where they focused on Computer Science.
