Jeff Pashalides

Jeff Pashalides is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic finance. Currently serving as interim CFO at Nomi Health since October 2022, Jeff previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2022. Their tenure at Sequoia Capital from 2014 to 2019 as Department Head of Corporate Development included responsibilities in M&A, strategic partnerships, and thematic research. Jeff also led the strategic finance team through TrueCar's IPO as VP Finance from 2013 to 2014 and established Blackstone's SaaS M&A business as Head of SaaS Advisory from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Jeff contributed to Union Square Advisors as Director & VP and engaged in technology M&A at Credit Suisse First Boston as an Associate & Analyst. Jeff holds degrees from Brown University and Stanford University.
