Roberta Madrazo Ibarra has held a variety of roles in the education and technology sectors since 2014. In 2021, they became Co-Founder and Education Manager of Nominis, where they are inspiring the world with a passion for learning. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Board Member and Co-Founder and Chief of Learning & Innovation for EdTech Society, where they helped schools face the challenges of digital transformation. Roberta was also Co-Founder of Proyecto Uxi in 2020, and held the role of Digital Marketing & Communications for Classlife Education. From 2016 to 2020, they were Educational Technology Specialist at Highlands International School, Mexico, and held the roles of Pedagogical Consultant and Facilitator at Inoma A.C. In 2016, they were also Program Monitor at IMPOSSIBLE School. In 2014, they were an Education Department Intern at Inoma A.C., and a Culture & Engagement intern at PepsiCo.

Roberta Madrazo Ibarra has a comprehensive education history, beginning with a Diploma Bachillerato Internacional from Bachillerato Internacional in May 2012. Roberta then attended JFK The American School of Querétaro from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they completed an Intercambio Académico at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. From 2012 to 2016, Roberta obtained a Licenciatura en Pedagogía from Universidad Panamericana, with a field of study in Innovación Educativa. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an eProve eleot 2.0 Training Certification from AdvancED in October 2016, a Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity certification from Coursera Course Certificates in August 2015, and a Creative Problem Solving: desarrollo de habilidades de innovación certification from CENTRO de diseño, cine y televisión in August 2016. In 2019, Roberta obtained a UX Ninja certification from Dev.F. and an Apple Professional Learning Provider certification from Apple in February 2019. Most recently, Roberta obtained a Master of Digital Transformation Leadership from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master of Digital Transformation & Leadership from Barcelona Technology School between 2019 and 2020.
