Sylvain Naillat

Sylvain Naillat is a Senior Associate (Counsel) in the Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Technologies department at Nomos - Société d'avocats, with a focus on providing legal advice and litigation regarding Data Protection & Technology, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property laws for both French and international clients since January 2015. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate in the same firm, an internship at SCPP where Sylvain conducted research and contract management in various legal domains, and an internship at Cabinet Pierre Lautier focused on intellectual property law. Sylvain Naillat holds a CAPA from EFB, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and a Master's degree in Intellectual, Artistic and Literary Property Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
