Jardar Hals Bjelland has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. From 1998-2002, they held the role of Sales Manager at Folkets Framtid, a Norwegian political newspaper, where they were responsible for sales analysis, sales training, motivations, and developing sales strategies and business plans. From 2002-2004, they were a Key Account Manager at Hoist Group. From 2004-2006, they were the Nordic Sales Director at OTRUM AS, where they were responsible for sales in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. In 2006, they were promoted to Vice President Latin America at OTRUM AS, where they were responsible for sales, developing sales strategies, and increasing business opportunities in Latin America and the Caribbean. From 2015-present, they have held two roles at Nonius, first as Managing Director of North America and then as Regional Director of North/Central America & the Caribbean. In 2015, they also held the role of Director of Business Development US at Swisscom.
Jardar Hals Bjelland began their education in 1994 when they attended Møglestu and obtained their High School degree in 1996. Jardar Hals then attended Oslo University College (HiO) from 1997 to 2000. In 2001, they attended European University Barcelona and then obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2003.
