Kelly Koepsell

Kelly Koepsell has been working as a Real Estate Advisor for the Nonprofit Practice Group at Cresa since April 2021. Prior to that, Kelly worked as the Membership & Operations Director at the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands starting in June 2014.

From 2022 to 2023, Kelly attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where they earned several certificates in Strategic Leadership, Financial Management, and Strategic Communication, with a focus on Nonprofit Management.

Prior to that, Kelly completed a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Nonprofit Management at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, concluding in 2019.

Before pursuing their Master's in Public Administration, Kelly obtained a Master's degree in Geography with a focus on Geographical Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Kelly completed their studies in 2013.

Kelly's educational journey began at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science in 1999.
