Monica Rodriguez-Aguilera

Monica Rodriguez-Aguilera currently serves as the Manager of Advocacy & Strategic Initiatives at Nonprofit Finance Fund, where notable achievements include spearheading strategic initiatives in environmental justice and leading a successful strategic planning process. Previously, Monica held various leadership roles at Greater New York Councils, Boy Scouts of America, including Staten Island Council Field Director and District Director, focusing on program success, fundraising efforts, and volunteer leadership. Monica also contributed to the New York Lions Futbol Club as a founding member and Program Coordinator. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Hunter College, completed in 2012.
