Tamika is passionate about innovative and intricate performance management projects, HR effectiveness and culture assessments, talent management, employee engagement and process improvement across the HR lifecycle with a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice lens. Tamika is a thought partner who provides strategic support in diverse organizational development initiatives by building trusting relationships with executive leaders and key stakeholders.

Tamika earned her master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tamika has also obtained her PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also holds professional certifications from Coach Diversity Institute as a Certified Professional Diversity Coach (CPDC), Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification.​

Tamika is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Tamika enjoys coaching, academic writing, creating poetry and traveling.
