Tiana Zuniga

Tiana provides administrative support to both the Total Rewards and Strategy & Advisory teams. Eager to ensure client satisfaction and team efficiency, Tiana focuses on providing operational duties with her outgoing nature.

Prior to joining Nonprofit HR, Tiana has been in the entertainment industry working for large companies since college. She’s always been a champion of bringing diversity behind the camera to ensure multicultural voices are authentically heard.

Tiana has a Bachelors of Arts (BA) degree in Television from New York University. She prides herself in moving to a different state alone, but thrives with the support of her vivacious and persevering immigrant family along with her ambitious friends. She embraces her Afro-Latina identity and her quirkiness in her work and personal life. When Tiana isn’t working, she loves to binge watch Youtube videos, scroll through Reddit, watch anime and write on her personal site.
