Michelle Pagano Heck currently serves as President of Nonprofit Talent, a position held since November 2013, where the focus is on supporting nonprofit organizations through executive search and transition management. Additionally, Michelle has worked in various positions such as Director of Corporate Development at the American Cancer Society and Special Events Director at the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force. Earlier career roles included Director of Counseling at St. Andrew's School and Assistant Director of Admissions at Allegheny College. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The College of Wooster and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, as well as pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh.
