Michelle Pagano Heck

Michelle Pagano Heck currently serves as President of Nonprofit Talent, a position held since November 2013, where the focus is on supporting nonprofit organizations through executive search and transition management. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Dewey and Kaye, Executive Director of WQED fm 89.3 and Director of Community Relations at WQED Multimedia, and Director of Development at The Children's Home of Pittsburgh & Lemieux Family Center. Additionally, Michelle has worked in various positions such as Director of Corporate Development at the American Cancer Society and Special Events Director at the Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force. Earlier career roles included Director of Counseling at St. Andrew's School and Assistant Director of Admissions at Allegheny College. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The College of Wooster and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology, as well as pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh.
