Heather Mapp

Heather Mapp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Support Analyst at Nonprofits Insurance Alliance since July 2019, following previous roles in the organization as an Information Technology Operations Analyst and IT Support Analyst. Concurrently, Heather Mapp has been an Insurance Operations Administrative Assistant at Alliance Member Services since March 2017. Heather Mapp holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, both obtained from the University of California, Santa Cruz, from 2010 to 2015.
