Starr T.'s work experience includes serving as the Chief People and Administrative Officer at NIA since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Thrive Now HR, LLC from 2017 onwards. They also held positions at Fitness Club Management as the Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing 46 locations and 3,000+ staff, and as the Human Resources Director. Starr T. worked as a Human Resources Manager at Lemonade Restaurant Group and The Medical Group Executive Services. They also held the role of Senior Level Human Resources Manager at Five12 Entertainment Group and Human Resources Manager at Stanley & Assoicates.

They have also completed a Board Leadership program and online courses in diversity and inclusion.
