Marianna Ferrara is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sectors. At NonStop Consulting, Marianna served as Team Leader, overseeing a team of recruiters and spearheading strategic initiatives while also functioning as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Headhunter, managing client relationships and the recruitment process across multiple specializations. Following this, Marianna worked at Adecco as a Consultant/Head Hunter in Lifesciences, focusing on talent acquisition in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices.
