Jametria W. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jametria began their career in 2007 at VALIC as a Customer Success Analyst. Jametria then moved on to Employer Flexible as a Human Resources Learning and Development professional before transitioning to a teaching role in the education sector. In 2018, Jametria joined WCA Waste as a Human Resources Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services, where they have held multiple positions, starting as an HR Business Partner, then progressing to Senior HR Business Partner & Full Cycle Recruiter, and currently serving as the Director of Talent Management & Compensation.

Jametria W. holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas (TX). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in SHRM Total Rewards Specialty Credential and People Analytics Specialty Credential PASC from SHRM, as well as a Talent Management certification from LinkedIn. Jametria is also pursuing the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification.
