Evan Mills has held the role of Director of Human Resources at Kiowa Casino from December 2019 to December 2021, at Choctaw Casinos & Resorts from January 2022 to May 2023, and currently at Noo-Kayet Investments since November 2023.

Evan Mills, MAS ICBB SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) degree in Business & Mass Communication with a Marketing Core from Arizona State University. Evan also has a Master of Advanced Study (MAS) degree in Tourism Development & Management with a Sustainability Core from the same university. Additionally, Evan holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP & SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
