Frank Rodriguez

Frank Rodriguez has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Frank most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Noodles & Company since October 2019. Prior to that, they held the same role at Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. from March 2017 to August 2018, where they were responsible for the success of 325 restaurants in the Southeast United States. Frank also worked at Whataburger as a Regional Director of Operations from July 2011 to February 2017, overseeing 165 restaurants in the DFW metroplex, Oklahoma, and NW Arkansas, as well as 85 restaurants in the Southeast Region. Before that, they were a Director of Operations at Whataburger from August 2004 to July 2011, managing 25 restaurants and implementing strategies to maximize sales and achieve profit objectives. Frank began their career at Whataco dba as Whataburger Restaurants, where they served as the Vice President of Operations from August 2002 to April 2004, overseeing the operation of a 92-unit restaurant company. Frank Rodriguez attended The University of Texas at El Paso starting in 2014. Frank pursued a degree in Criminal Justice and is currently still enrolled in the program, as no end year was provided.
