Matt Barnard

Matt Barnard has a diverse range of work experience. Matt is currently the Cofounder & CEO of BCD Bioscience since March 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Plenty®, including Cofounder & Director from April 2022 to present, Cofounder & Executive Chair from 2020 to March 2022, and Cofounder & CEO from 2013 to 2020. Matt is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Mori since January 2023 and Chair of the Board of Directors at Fabric since June 2022. Furthermore, they have served as a Strategic Advisor to the Founder at Heirloom, Afresh, Pandion, Nooks, Pop Together, and Larroude Inc., starting from 2021 to present.

Matt Barnard has a diverse education history. Matt began their studies in 1990 at Northwestern University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Performance, which they completed in 1995. Following this, they enrolled at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2002, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Management in 2003.
