Manik Dewan

Manik Dewan has extensive experience in the field of total rewards and performance management. Manik is currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards and Performance Management at Noom Inc. since March 2021. Additionally, they hold the position of Board Advisor at ApolloFactor™ since March 2021.

Before joining Noom Inc. and ApolloFactor™, Manik had a variety of roles in different organizations. Manik served as an Executive Board Member at Arts of Life, Inc. starting from July 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Citadel LLC as the Managing Director of Global Rewards and People Analytics from December 2016 to July 2020. Manik also held the position of Global Head of Compensation and Benefits at Groupon from July 2014 to November 2016.

Earlier in their career, Manik worked at SunCoke Energy as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS from September 2012 to July 2014. Before that, they held various roles at Tellabs, including Director of Executive and Broad-Based Compensation, Benefits, Sales Compensation, Equity, and HRIS/HRES from January 2011 to October 2012 and Manager of Global Compensation from February 2010 to February 2011.

Furthermore, Manik had experience working as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Personified from November 2009 to February 2010. Manik also worked at Hewitt Associates, where they served as the Compensation and Operations Manager from July 2008 to October 2009, Unit Manager from 2005 to July 2008, and Specialty Surveys Manager from January 2003 to January 2005.

Manik Dewan attended Modern School from 1985 to 1998. Following this, they enrolled in the University of Madras from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelors in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration.
