Sabrina Ling

Sabrina Ling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sabrina is currently the Head of People at Noom, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Employee Experience & People Strategy at Noom from December 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Noom, Sabrina held roles at Capital One, where they served as the Director of Internal Career Mobility, Learning and Development from 2020 to 2021, and as the Director of People Strategy & Analytics from 2019 to 2020. Their earlier experience includes working as a Manager in the Human Capital Practice at Deloitte from 2016 to 2019. Sabrina also has leadership experience as the Executive Director of Los Angeles Team Mentoring, Inc. from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they owned and managed their own cookie company, Sabrina's Sweetery, from 2010 to 2011. Sabrina started their career as an Associate at Capital Group from 2001 to 2009.

Sabrina Ling has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science, Technology & Society, which they obtained from Pomona College between the years of 1997 and 2001. Sabrina later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Yale School of Management, attending from 2014 to 2016.
