Paul Jongkind

Paul Jongkind is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, education, and communications. Currently serving as Hoofd HR-services and Teamleider Flexbureau at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep since January 2016, Paul leads a team that supports over 6,000 employees across six locations. Additionally, Paul is a member of 'Jong Noordwest,' a group of ambitious high potentials within the organization. Previous roles include ICT Servicedesk employee at Noordwest Ziekenhuisgroep, where responsibilities included providing support and guidance for ICT applications and services, as well as an internship at RSG Enkhuizen focused on educating high school students in history. Paul also worked as a Communication Employee at Picturae, managing various forms of communication. Paul holds multiple degrees from the University of Amsterdam, including Master’s Degrees in Literacy Development and Education and History, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in European Studies from the same institution.
