Mary Ripley Ed.d.

Mary Ripley, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience in the marketing and communication field. Mary is currently working at NOPEC, where they hold the role of Director of Marketing. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Marketing Director and Communications Manager at the same company. Before their tenure at NOPEC, Mary worked at Knox Marketing as an Advertising Coordinator/Project Manager, responsible for creating budget estimates, developing social media projects, and analyzing their implementation. Mary also has extensive experience at Suarez Corporation Industries, where they held various roles such as Senior Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Print Assistant, and Receptionist/HR Assistant. In these roles, they managed marketing efforts, ensured consistency in advertising and branding, and coordinated departmental efforts.

Mary started their academic journey in 1999 at Stark State College, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in both Legal Assisting and Administration Information Technology. Following this, they attended Franklin University from 2003 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Mary then furthered their education at Malone University from 2004 to 2006, obtaining a Master's Degree in Business Administration. Recently, Mary Ripley completed their Doctor of Education - EdD in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University, between 2018 and 2021.
