Annkatrin Baars

Annkatrin Baars has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Annkatrin is currently working as the Head of Brand- and Customer Experience Management at Viessmann Climate Solutions since 2024. Prior to that, they held the same position at Viessmann from 2019 to 2024. Annkatrin also worked as a Lead Customer Experience Management and Marketing Consultant at Viessmann from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Viessmann, Annkatrin was a Business Development Manager at Metabo from 2018 to 2019. Their longest tenure was at Bosch Power Tools, where they held various roles including Senior Brand Manager, Head of international Packaging & Promotion, Senior Product Group Manager Europe, and European Product Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2018. Annkatrin started their career at Bosch Power Tools as the Country Manager Europe from 1998 to 2003. Prior to that, they worked at Robert Bosch GmbH as the Manager European Logistics from 1996 to 1998.

Annkatrin Baars attended Hochschule Osnabrück from 1991 to 1996 and earned a degree in European Business Studies. In 1992-1993, they also briefly studied at Brunel University London in the same field.
