Michael Snowball

Michael Snowball has extensive experience in various executive roles within the manufacturing industry. Michael served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Nor-Cal Beverage Co., where they were responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of the business. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Operations at The Newark Group US/Caraustar, where they successfully led a financial and operational turnaround of 14 manufacturing businesses. Michael also held the position of Director of Manufacturing Services at Boise Inc., where they were in charge of a team of engineers and manufacturing managers dedicated to operational excellence and capital project development. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Paper & Packaging at Liberty Diversified International, where they led strategy and execution, turnarounds, and profitable growth of the division. Additionally, they were the COO of Atlas Corp., where they implemented fundamental processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and drive profitability. Snowball began their career at Mead Containerboard Divison of MeadWestvaco, where they served as President and successfully led the organization through periods of growth, turnaround, and industry changes.

Michael Snowball obtained a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma from Virginia Tech in 2004, focusing on LSS for Service and Manufacturing. Michael also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Operations at the University of Dayton. Prior to that, Michael Snowball earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at The University of Akron.
