Sampreet Baghel

Sampreet Baghel is a Design Engineer at Norlake since April 2021, specializing in the redesign of sheet metal parts through Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and the introduction of new materials. Proficient in the ERP system Vantage for tracking parts, inventory, and processes, Samreet also contributed to process efficiency as a CO-OP through data analysis and continuous improvement techniques utilizing Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies. Prior experience includes a Metrology Engineering Internship at Productivity Quality, Inc., where reverse engineering and surface analysis were performed on plastic and metal parts, and a Graduate Assistant position at St. Cloud State University. With a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from St. Cloud State University, Samreet also served as a Product Design Engineer at Rivoltech Technologies from September 2017 to June 2019.
