Nor Noyau was established in 2008 as a bakery supplying chocolate products to clients. Today, we have grown to become a unique catering company that excels with a high quality of production and hygiene standards. Our luxurious chocolate department has evolved to use only premium quality chocolate and chocolate derivatives which allows us to stand out within the growing chocolate industry of the Gulf. Along with this, we have introduced a separate canapes department that specializes in catering delicious finger foods. 

The meticulous tailoring and precise production of our chocolate products guarantees our customers’ satisfaction. A stroll through our showroom will reveal to you the wonderful array of different sandwiches, salads and savory or sweet pastries. Our customers are welcome to enjoy sips of our fragrant Arabic coffee that will take you back to our region’s heritage. 

One of our strengths is our skillful culinary maestro of a baker, who is also the Founder of Nor Noyau. She has practiced a multitude of hours, using her creative flair to create extraordinary, mouth-watering and palatable delights that look as great as they taste.

Our hands-on leadership proves that Nor Noyau is more than a company – it’s a passion. We are currently in the process of opening new outlets to reach our clients and cater to their unique and passionate tastes.
