Urban Kullbo

Urban Kullbo is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various facets of property development and management. As a Partner at Durendal Properties AB since June 2021, Kullbo focuses on developing high-quality modern properties. In addition, Kullbo is the owner and project developer at Kullbo Projekt, currently overseeing a new villa area with approximately 175 homes in Kinnas. Serving as a Partner at Norban, the commitment to enhancing the home buying and selling process is a priority. Kullbo's expertise extends to commercial real estate as a Partner and board member at MIKE Kommersiella Fastigheter since 2013. Previous roles include co-owner of a significant housing project at Allimac Förvaltning AB, where Kullbo was involved in the development of residential properties, and participation in the establishment of Fastighetsbyrån's franchise operations. Kullbo began the real estate career as a broker at Sparbanken Fastighetsbyrå from 1988 to 1998.
