Mani Niall is a seasoned food business advisor currently serving at Northern California SBDC since January 2020, providing strategic planning and support for various consumer food products including bakeries, cafes, restaurants, coffee roasting, food trucks, and snack makers. As the founder of Mani's Test Kitchen since January 2000, Mani Niall has cultivated expertise in the culinary field. Additionally, Mani Niall established Sweet Bar Bakery from January 2012 to September 2018 and worked as a Research and Development chef for Just Desserts from 2006 to 2012, further demonstrating a comprehensive background in food innovation and entrepreneurship.
