Michael Balstad Cepa

Michael Balstad CEPA, BSP, CPBA, is an experienced executive with a diverse background in financial services and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Founding CEO of Bizleavable and an Independent Director at Anderson Pump Company, Inc., Michael also acts as a Regional Advisor for the Northern California SBDC and was the Founder of Harvest Transition Solutions. Previously, Michael worked as a Financial Services Professional with MassMutual Northern California, a leading mutual life insurance company, and as a Performance Management Consultant at CalSTRS, the second-largest pension fund in the nation.
