Jeremy Bigler

Jeremy Bigler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety management, training, and human resources. Currently serving as a Technical Training Coordinator at Norco Industries since May 2022, Jeremy is focused on developing an apprenticeship program and supporting HR and DOT safety initiatives. Previously, as a Safety Manager at Pinnacle Transport Group, oversight of safety compliance for multiple companies was a key responsibility. Additional roles include safety training and accident investigation as a Safety Technician II and various managerial positions in staffing, retail, and restaurant sectors, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set in leadership, compliance, and workforce development. Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Public Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology and an Associate degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University South Bend.
