Charlotte Wikman has held various HR management positions throughout their work experience. Charlotte started their career as an HR Coordinator at Fortum in 2007. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent. In 2012, they joined Ericsson as an HR Manager, overseeing Field Service Operations in Sweden. Charlotte'sresponsibilities included managing approximately 700 employees, consultants, and subcontractors. Since 2017, Charlotte has been working at Norconsult AB, initially as an HR Manager and currently as the COO - Head of HR, Communications, Sustainability, Quality & Office. In this role, they are part of the management team and contributes to the company's rapid growth agenda through organic growth, acquisitions, and PMIs.

Charlotte Wikman pursued their education at Lund University School of Economics and Management from 2002 to 2007. During this period, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management and HR. In 2006, Charlotte took part in an exchange program at the University of Strathclyde, where they studied Sociology and HR management for a year.
