Jim Light has substantial experience in the field of maintenance and facility management, having worked in various managerial roles within different companies. Currently serving as the Maintenance, Facility & Machining Manager at NORD Gear Corporation, Jim oversees the operations of maintenance and production machining departments. Prior to this, Jim held positions such as Maintenance & Facility Supervisor at Royle Printing and Maintenance Manager at RR Donnelley. Jim is an alumnus of Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
