Serkan Sakinmaz

Serkan SAKINMAZ has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Serkan is currently working as a Principal Data Engineer / Architect at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, where they lead a team and provides support for data and analytics applications. Prior to this, Serkan worked at adidas as a Lead Architect for E-commerce, CRM, Data, and Digital Transformation, as well as a Senior Solutions Architect and Solution Architect. Serkan also gained experience as a Data Architect at Comodo, where they worked on AWS-based applications, log data analysis, and big data technologies. Serkan has also held positions at Ankara Spark Meetup as a Meetup Organizer, Bilge Adam as a Software Instructor, Innova Bilişim as a Senior Java Software Engineer, SoftTech A.Ş as a Java Software Engineer, and Provus A MasterCard Company as a Java Software Engineer.

Serkan SAKINMAZ earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended BAHÇELİEVLER DENEME ANADOLU LISESI from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their education, Serkan has obtained several certifications in various fields, including marketing, Kubernetes, AWS, MongoDB, data analytics, and Apache Kafka development.
