Christian Wennerberg

Christian Wennerberg has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christian started their career at Danske Bank, where they held various positions in marketing and investments. Christian then moved on to Invest Administration A/S, where they worked as a fund administrator and portfolio manager. Christian later joined Sydbank as an assistant fund manager, co-managing funds of funds and hedge funds. Christian also worked at Citco Fund Advisors as a relationship manager, overseeing hedge fund custody relationships. Christian held managerial roles at Amicorp and Mediterranean Bank, where they set up fund services and acted as a fund services manager, respectively. Christian then served as a manager of investment operations at Signina Capital AG. Prior to their current position, they were the director of operational services at GAM Investments. Currently, they serve as the head of securities and FX operations at Nordea Asset Management, leading teams in middle and back-office functions, focused on optimizing processes using data and technology. Throughout their career, Christian has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, managing teams of specialists and maintaining daily contact with key stakeholders.

Christian Wennerberg has a diverse education history. Christian has obtained several degrees and certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in various fields. Christian received a Diploma in Portfolio Strategy from Sydbank Portfolio Strategy Programme in 2008-2009. Christian also completed a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (HD part 1) from Copenhagen Business School in 2005-2007. Christian further expanded their expertise with a Course in Negotiation Technique from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in 2010 and a Management Seminar on More performance - trustworthy, situational and active management from ZfU International Business School - Dr. Bernhard Cevey in 2016. Additionally, they gained practical experience in marketing campaigns and project management through a program at Reklameskolen in 2002. Christian also holds an Academy Foundation (AF) Degree in Business, specializing in Sales & Marketing, which they obtained from Niels Brock Business College in 2001. Moreover, they pursued educational opportunities in fields such as German, investment, tax, law, and pension with programs at Zürich Business School and Danske Bank. Christian has continually invested in their professional development, participating in executive education programs offered by INSEAD. Christian completed the Leading Across Borders and Cultures Programme, the Leading for Results Programme, and the Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation Programme at INSEAD Executive Education. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD Executive Education and a certification in Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data from Emeritus.
