Indre Bartulyte-Uzupe

Indre Bartulyte-Uzupe has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Indre currently works at Nordea Asset Management as the Head of People. Prior to that, they held various positions at SEB, including Head of HR for Tech, Business Support & Operations, Group Staff, and Global Head of Talent Management. Indre also worked as the Head of Human Resources at Skandinaviska Enskilda Bank S.A., SEB Lietuvoje, and SEB Vilniaus bankas. In addition, they have served as a Board Member for the Association of HR Professionals. Indre is also a co-founder of UAB UZU and the Foundation "Gates of ideas", where they provided financial and advisory support to talented graduates. Their expertise includes strategic partnership, talent management, leadership development, and implementing HR systems and processes.

Indre Bartulyte-Uzupe holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, which they obtained between 1995 and 2000. Indre also completed a Master's degree in Finance Management from the same university between 2000 and 2002. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Strategy Execution from IMD in 2022, Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience from LinkedIn in 2020, and People Analytics from Coursera in 2018.
