Harald Ström

Harald Ström is the current Managing Director at Nordea. Harald has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, with a focus on the retail sector. Ström began their career as a Manager in the Corporate Finance Department at CCF Charterhouse PLC, where they developed and introduced valuation models based on Economic Value Added and Contingent Claims Analysis frameworks. In 2000, they joined HSBC as a Managing Director in the Consumer and Retail Group, Advisory, Global Banking and Markets. At HSBC, Ström was responsible for investment banking assignments for Retail sector clients in Europe, CEE, Russia/CIS, and the Middle East. In 2010, they joined Nordea as Managing Director.

Harald Ström has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, a degree in Civil Law from Stockholm University, and a degree in Political Science and Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Harald also has certification from SwedSec Licensiering AB and the Financial Services Authority in Corporate Finance Representative.
