Johan Ohlsson

Johan Ohlsson is an experienced leader with a strong background in change management and operational excellence, having held key positions in the electrical and automotive manufacturing sectors, as well as in financial services. They served as a Lean Champion at Southco, Inc. and developed lean frameworks at ABB, where they managed operations for large motors and generators both locally and globally. Additionally, Ohlsson has led logistics development at Volvo Group and held multiple managerial roles at Nordea, focusing on increasing efficiency and customer satisfaction. They hold an M.Sc. in Product Development from Mälardalen University and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
