Robin Specht has held various leadership roles in the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Databases at Nordea since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing monitoring solutions such as ITM, APM, Splunk, OMNIbus, Truesight, and AppDynamics. Prior to Nordea, Robin worked at Nordic Processor AS from November 2008 to October 2014, with positions including Head of Intel Operations & Installations and Delivery Manager for New Emerging Markets, where focus was on managing people and supporting global resourcing activities. Additionally, Robin served as First Line Manager for System Operations, emphasizing effective people management.
