Clara Wilhelm

Clara Wilhelm has extensive experience in operations strategy and project management within the wind energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations Strategy & Projects at Nordex Group since May 2015. Clara has been instrumental in defining global strategies for nacelle, blades, and concrete tower production, leading a team of project managers, and establishing project management offices for strategic initiatives. Previous roles included Director of Nacelle Strategy & Projects, where Clara focused on assembling wind turbine modules and driving diversity and inclusion efforts. Clara's career began with roles at Siemens and DB Schenker, focusing on procurement, supply chain management, and key account management. Clara holds a Master of Science in International Transport & Logistics from the International School of Management and dual Bachelor's degrees in European Business and International Business Management.
