Kathryn Garrelts

Kathryn Garrelts, SHRM-CP, is currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at Nordex Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn accumulated over a decade of experience at Integrated DNA Technologies, holding positions such as Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Project Administrator from March 2012. Kathryn also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Davidson Hotels & Resorts from August 2009 to March 2012 and began career as a Human Resources Assistant at Gateway Hotel & Conference Center from May 2006 to July 2009. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Iowa State University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
