Nicolas Boulay

Nicolas Boulay has extensive experience in the wind energy sector, currently serving as Area Service Manager for both France North and France South at Nordex Group since September 2007. Responsibilities include managing the maintenance department, overseeing QHSE results, P&L performance, and field activities across approximately 600 turbines with a team of 110 employees. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Field Operation Manager for France West, managing operations for 190 wind turbines and a team of 30 technicians, while also focusing on customer relationships and service quality improvements. Earlier positions included roles in technical operations that involved supporting both electrical and mechanical issues for wind farms, alongside a foundational experience in maintenance technician roles within the cosmetic and food production industries. Nicolas holds a Licence in Management and Conduct of Production Units from IUT Chartres and a BTS in Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation from CFSA de l'AFTEC, complemented by a vocational background in electrotechnics.
